DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) and Harrison County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (“Harrison County REMC”) hereby give notice that on July 24, 2024, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Duke Energy Indiana and Harrison County REMC associated with locations at 720 Old St Rd 64 NE, New Salisbury, Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map P-29 in Harrison County, Indiana, and 4900 Wyandotte Cave Rd, Milltown, Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map N-29 in Crawford County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6.
