2018 Bus Trip information
Indiana State Museum May 30 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
This world-class institution, features unique exhibits and hands-on experiences that showcase the stories, events and characters that have helped shape Indiana’s history. Located in White River State Park in downtown Indianapolis, the Indiana State Museum brings the best of the museum world to Indiana. Spanning three floors, the museum tells the story of the Hoosier state, and features a year-round calendar of exhibits that explore Indiana art, science and culture. Constructed completely from Indiana materials – including limestone, sandstone, steel, brick and glass – the building itself is a work of art, with icons representing each of Indiana’s 92 counties integrated into its exterior walls. Lunch is available at the museum (on your own). The bus will leave Corydon at 7:00 am and pickup in Edwardsville. We will be back in Corydon at 7:00 pm. Cost is $47 which includes admission and an IMAX ticket.
Findlay Farmers Market June 27, 2018 $35
Findlay Market is Ohio's oldest continuously operated public market and one of Cincinnati's most cherished institutions, welcoming more than a million visitors a year. Located just blocks from downtown in Over-the-Rhine, a dense historic neighborhood rich in 19th century architecture, Findlay Market remains the bustling center of farm fresh, locally sourced, artisanal and specialty foods. Open Tuesday through Sunday year-round, Findlay Market is home to more than 40 indoor merchants selling meat, fish, poultry, produce, flowers, cheese, deli, and ethnic foods. On weekends from April through November the Market also hosts a thriving farmers market, dozens of outdoor vendors, numerous street performers, and lots of special events.
Indiana State Fair August 8, 2018 $35

Laid out over 250 acres, the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center is home to the Indiana State Fair. Join the REMC on this fun trip to the fair! Be sure to have good walking shoes!
My Old Kentucky Dinner Train/1792 Barton Distillery- November 2, 2018 Price TBD Leave Corydon 9:30 am and returning at 6:00 pm No Edwardsville Pickup.
All Aboard! The train travels a 37-mile round trip excursion. My Old Kentucky Dinner train travels North through Bernheim Forest and the Jim Beam distillery property to Limestone Springs and back. This lunch excursion includes a 3-course meal. We will then head to the Barton Distillery for a free tour.

Be sure to wear comfortable shoes because it is a long way around the mall!
Leaving Corydon at 7:30 am and returning by 8:30 pm
A minimum of 30 people are required for each trip. Payment is due 3 weeks befor the scheduled trip. Pick up is at Lincoln Hills Christian Church in Corydon and Edwardsville UM Church in Edwardsville.
